From its inception, the New Mill Tavern has been associated with romance and the intrigue of distant lands. Decorated with a traditional theme, the New Mill ascended from the remnants of the past.
We are located in Paleros village, a coastal region in Western Hellas, which overlooks Lefkas, Meganisi and the Ionian Sea. This region has deep traditions in the creation of fine wine and great food. Our restaurant is located a few hundred yards from the shoreline and the village center.
